A Customization Service
We are a video customization service, and not a content seller. We do not own the rights to all of the content in the videos we customize and we encourage our customers to follow all copyright laws in using their videos. The content in the videos was either produced by us, or has been freely broadcast to the public. You are not authorized to resell these videos or to exhibit them for profit. However, we do have several videos that are fully licensed for business use. These are clearly identified on our website.

Refund Policy for Video Customization Work
Since you are paying for the work we do to customize the videos to fit your house, we cannot give refunds once our customization work has begun. We can only refund your payment if you contact us before we begin working on your video.

Return Policy for Equipment Purchased
You may return an equipment package for a refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Equipment must be returned in new condition just as you received it. You are responsible for return shipping and we will not refund the cost of shipment. Please contact us before returning anything so we can make arrangements to receive it.

If you have trouble getting your equipment working, please contact us for technical support before sending it back to us. If we determine a component has to be replaced, we will provide a return label and cover the cost of shipping you a new component.

If your box is received with shipping damage, please email us photos of the box so we can determine the extent of the damage. Accordingly, we will provide options to remedy the situation. These options may include compensating you for your own work to repair the damage.

Accuracy
While we do our best to accurately customize your video to fit your home, we cannot guarantee that it will be a perfect match. Our accuracy is dependent on the accuracy of the materials you send us for customization. In addition it depends greatly on the position of your projector and the type of projector you are using. These considerations are outside our control.

The product samples and descriptions on our website are as accurate as possible, but your results may vary since your building will be different from ours.

Emails
When you place an order, we will send you a number of emails updating you on the status of your order. This includes an email confirming that the order was placed and others related to the progress of your order. By placing an order, you agree to receive these emails from us.

As you navigate our website, you will see opportunities to sign up for our optional email newsletter that provides information about new products and special deals. If you decide to sign up, we will send you a confirmation email. You will not receive our newsletter emails unless you confirm you want to receive them by clicking the confirmation link in the confirmation email. Every newsletter email you receive from us will include an unsubscribe link which you can use to be quickly and conveniently removed from our list.

Unsubscribing from our newsletter list will not prevent you from receiving customer service emails directly related to orders that are in progress or orders placed in the future.

Privacy
Any information you provide us while using our website is confidential and will not be sold to 3rd parties. We only use the information provided to process your order and to contact you with regard to our website.

Our site uses cookies to enhance your user experience. A cookie is a small file written to your web browser’s cache on your computer that allows our software to identify your computer and maintain the items in your shopping cart as you navigate through our site. The cookie also retains some of your checkout information for your convenience so that you do not have to re-enter it if you place another order with us. The cookie with this information is transmitted via our SSL encrypted secure server to protect it from potential hackers. No financial information is stored in the cookie. All web browsers have the ability to delete cookie files. You should consult your browser’s help information for instructions if you wish to delete your cookies.

We do collect non-personally identifiable information from all of our visitors that is aggregated and viewed in the form of statistics to help us improve the quality of our web site. An example of this kind of information would be a record that a particular page on our site was viewed by an unidentified visitor.

Our website is also integrated with Facebook. If you are a Facebook user, your visit to our website may be recorded by Facebook. Facebook keeps track of this information in order to provide you with a better user experience on Facebook. Digital Pressworks does NOT have access to any personal information collected by Facebook. We do not collect and store your credit card information (card number, expiration date, etc.) on our own servers. Instead, we use PayPal, one of the most popular payment providers on the internet.
